eACT is a multi-pronged intervention with three key components: 1) education, 2) automated digital reminders (e.g. texting, electronic adherence monitor lights up or chimes) that target forgetting, and 3) individualized adherence feedback based on real-time adherence data captured through adherence electronic monitors. The eACT mHealth learning environment consists of interactive, easy-to-use educational media and problem-solving intervention materials, targeting parents/ caregivers to provide answers to commonly asked questions about epilepsy and adherence. Upon login, parents/caregivers are provided with five learning modules presented as questions about epilepsy and medication adherence
